Parvo, puppies and frost bitten toes.

This little pup came into our care on April 22. On April 23 he was tired, lethargic and sick. Rushed him to Aspen Trails Veterinary Clinic who did his Parvo test, which came back Positive. From there we moved him to Westlock Veterinary Center where he is currently fighting off this horrible disease.

Then, a mom and 9 pups who had frost bitten toes came into care late last night as well. If you’ve ever thought of donating, now is the time. Within 3 days SCARS has placed 27 animals into our foster homes. In this scary time – these animals still need us more than ever.
