Pepper here! I came into care VERY skinny, dirty & very timid but am slowly coming around. My foster mom says I am very smart. I’m learning the ropes quite quickly & I’ve almost got “sit” down pat. I like going for walks and like to stick close by your side. I’m not too interested in other dogs on my walks but I think I might like to meet some one day. A big yard is a must for me as I like to spend lots of time outside with my human watching out for me. Please only apply if you’re home often or have another friend of the opposite sex for me! My favorite places are the food dish and the landing going upstairs but most of all I like to be wherever I can see my human. I’m a sucker for head pets especially if you rub right under my chin. I’m still learning how to be a dog but with time and lots of love, I’ll get there!
