Meet Chip, the senior guy who just arrived after being hit by a vehicle. He managed to drag himself to safety and hide under a deck. We feared the worst for him, but determined that it was just a dislocated hip & so thankful that he is not paralyzed.However, he was in A LOT of pain so for today the hip was put back in place & further assessment will still need to be done.
