Carter joins our SCARS family this week. He was surrendered to Westlock Veterinary Center for being very sick. At this time, we aren’t sure of his prognosis but we hope he gives it a fighting chance! Please keep Carter in your thoughts over the next few days and we promise to complete some updates!
