Hello, I'm Chai. I came into SCARS care with my two puppies, Fig and Newton. Call us the "tea and cookies crew. I am about two years old, but that is a best guess. I'm still a big puppy at heart and love to play and rough-house like a pup. I also have a puppy fondness for chewing... especially dog toys. I get on well with the other dogs in my foster home, male and female, although best not small dogs. I am interested in cats and may have to be reminded to "leave the cat. I am clean in the house and walk nicely on a leash. I know to sit and take treats gently and in turn. I am very good with the people I know. Strangers, I need a bit of time to warm up. I am probably best with older youngsters. I am strong and can easily bowl over a little person in my enthusiasm. I could be an only dog, but I do like playing. A home with a big yard and another doggie friend would be ideal!
