Hi! My name is Ikea and I am one handsome guy! I am approximately 3 years old. Man, am I ever thankful that I stumbled into the loving arms of SCARS. I arrived in rough shape - dirty, hungry, scabby, and I had 3 broken teeth, did I mention dirty...? Very common symptoms of stray cat life. I also had to be rushed to the vet out of fear that I may of had a blockage in my stomach...luckily, it turned out that I had quite literally inhaled my food, not giving it time to digest. Disaster averted! Having been a stray for so long, I've never had food readily available, so I am still learning that I don't need to fend for myself anymore. Besides my rough past, I am a very friendly guy! I love to talk and can carry on a conversation well! Foster mom says that I have the looooongest meow and I like to showcase it when supper time is near. I am not much of a cuddler, nor do I like to be held, but I like to be near my people. I come when call and will weave myself around and in between your legs. I am good with cats, not a fan of dogs. With that said, I currently live with two large resident dogs.
