Please don't scroll past!. I know the odds are stacked against me. A medium sized black dog. No fancy story, no fancy markings. Slow adoptions, how is a sweet girl like me going to get noticed? Let me tell you about myself. I am a little shy at first but quickly warm up. I am the perfect size, not too big, not too small. Great as a walking companion and don't take up too much room in the vehicle on all the trips we will take together. I have the best medium coat of fur, easy to groom, but keeps me warm. I am food motivated (think peanut butter treats), so learning together should be a snap and I might add I take treats very politely. I like other dogs, even if the other dog is impolite to me, I haven't met little humans, but I think I should be fine with them. I am still working on my manners, so I do still jump up at times when I am excited. I had never experienced a collar and a leash before coming into care, but I have picked that up pretty quickly - leash means walk time and I like that. I know I sound absolutely perfect! Think of me as SuperNova. Okay no one is perfect. I don't like cats, well I like them, but I like them if they are running and I am chasing, so a cat free space will be best. I do like my peeps quite a lot and cry a bit when they leave, but I think I will adjust well, once I know you are always coming back. I am about 2-3 years old and likely a mix of several different breeds. Please consider me as a member of your family, I am definitely worth it.
