Hi there, my name is Toto. I came into SCARS care with my daughter Panda. Although I am 8 years young, I still love to play with Panda and my fosters. I love going for walks, and I walk really well on a leash. I am a pretty laid-back gal who's looking for her forever home with Panda. When we first came into SCARS, we were both pretty scared, but we quickly came out of our shells and our letting our personalities shine! I can be found cuddling on my fosters or with my daughter when inside. When we are outside, Panda and I have a blast playing together. I really love to be with people and get all the attention I can. I have both my snuggly and my playful moments. I am a pretty smart girl, too! I have spent the last 5 years with Panda, so it would be best if we stayed together, as we do help each other when changes happen. Besides!
