Hi, I'm Spitz. I came into care about a week ago after getting medical attention for an embedded collar in my neck. I am an energetic but sometimes nervous guy that loves to run and play. I'm about 2 years old and I love other dogs and people. I haven't met the cat yet. I'll let you know how that goes. The leash is still new to me so I still like to pull a bit but we are working on that. I'm also getting better at learning what are my toys and what aren't. So much for a guy like me to learn but I'm a smart guy and will figure it out! I haven't met the cat yet as he wants nothing to do with me but foster mom thinks I would likely want to play with them. I have been tied up a lot in my life so no more of that for me please. I will do best in a home with a fenced yard where I can run and play.

Please note: If other cats/dogs in your home are not spayed/neutered, we may deny your application. SCARS exists due to lack of spaying/neutering and it is our goal to end this cycle. If there is a documented medical reason for your animal to not be spayed/neutered, we will work with you.
What does 'Manageable' mean? This animal can be integrated into a home however will need SPECIFIC supports in place for this to be successful.
