What is Wine for Whiskers (WFW)? It’s a SCARS fundraising event to help fund our rescuing and veterinarian activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the province-wide state of emergency, SCARS funds are dangerously low— but dogs and cats remain in need of care and attention, even during the pandemic.
Wine for Whiskers is a survivalist raffle in which your goal is to SURVIVE.
Tickets will be on sale from June 1 to June 23 and the wine survivors will be cast off in elimination rounds on June 26th at 1:00pm (just in time for Canada Day!).
There will be four elimination rounds in total with each round casting off a quarter of the contenders. The last SURVIVOR (i.e the last name drawn) of each round will win a portion of the wine! The longer you survive the bigger your prize!
